About Me
Who I Work With
You’re juggling a lot — anxiety or stress that won’t turn off, sleep that’s shot, a nervous system on alert. Maybe you’re a first responder or healthcare worker carrying critical calls home; a Gen Z or Millennial caught between expectations and burnout; or you’re navigating fertility, grief, or big life changes.
You want a space that feels safe, real, and human — somewhere to steady your body and mind, make sense of what’s happened, and start feeling like yourself again. Together, we’ll work toward fewer spirals, better sleep, stronger boundaries and relationships, more presence, less hypervigilance, and a clearer next step — at home and at work.

My Approach
Areas of Expertise
I offer a modern, relational, and evidence-based approach that blends compassion with practicality. My work is grounded in attachment theory, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care — using modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Prolonged Exposure when helpful.
We pace therapy to your nervous system — going slow when needed, nudging forward when it feels right. Sessions are warm, conversational, and tangible, with gentle check-ins and tools you can use right away. If starting feels big, we’ll start small and build confidence together.
A Little More Human
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me training for HYROX events, walking my dog Skye, or curating spaces that feel cozy, grounded, and inspired. My practice — and my life — are rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel connected, safe, and seen.
Because when we root, we rise.
